Contest Organizer

This contest is organized and administered by Bigfoot Crane Company, which is providing the prize directly. Questions about the contest may be directed to marketing@bigfootcrane.com. Mailing address: 2170 Carpenter Street Abbotsford, BC V2T 6B4.

Contest Period 

The contest begins on October 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM PT and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT(“Contest Period”). Entries must be received during the Contest Period.

Eligibility 

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, anyone involved in administering the contest, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

During the Contest Period, complete and submit the official entry form at https://forms.zohopublic.ca/bigfootcranecompany/form/NewsletterSignUpNWMPromo/formperma/Ncol64VX9rhbHv20gOEX-iQoeu2A27Ya6ZKUu4neXI4. The form collects first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name. 

Limit one entry per person during the Contest Period. Entries must contain accurate information. Automated entries, fraudulent entries, and attempts to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification.

Newsletter subscription is optional and is not required to enter or win. Choosing not to subscribe, or unsubscribing after entry, will not affect eligibility or the chances of winning. Existing newsletter subscribers may enter through the same form.

Prize

One prize is available: a NAVIS WINDY Smartphone Windspeed Anemometer Kit, including case and mount, with an approximate retail value of CAD $1,460, excluding shipping and handling.

The Sponsor will cover shipping and handling to the confirmed winner’s eligible delivery address in Canada or the United States. 

Only the kit, case, and mount described above are included; a smartphone is not included. The winner is responsible for confirming device compatibility.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. Any applicable personal income taxes arising from receipt of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected by random draw on November 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Canadian and US entries will participate in the same draw.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. If a phone number was supplied, the Sponsor may also attempt telephone contact.

The potential winner must respond within 6 calendar days of the initial notification and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Before being confirmed as the winner, a selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer, without assistance or a calculating device, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the contest organizer.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped within 3 business days after the winner’s eligibility and delivery details have been confirmed. No shipping or handling payment will be required from the winner.

Personal Information and Email Consent

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants about their entry, contact the potential winner, and arrange prize delivery, in accordance with the contest organizers Privacy Policy at https://bigfootcrane.com/privacy-policy/.

Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary for contest administration and fulfilment, or as required by law. Providing a phone number does not constitute consent to receive marketing calls or text messages.

Marketing emails will be sent only where the entrant has separately opted in. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time without affecting their contest entry.

Contest Integrity

The contest organizer may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, or violations of these rules. If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromise the contest’s integrity, the Sponsor may take corrective action, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these Official Contest Rules. These rules do not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
