Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We endeavor to have items in stock to be able to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Large or multiple item orders may be subject to backorder. We will notify you if any items are on backorder, with expected lead time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our head office in Abbotsford, BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our pickup hours are 7:00 am - 4:30 pm on Monday to Fridays, excluding statutory holidays.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to Canada and international shipping to the USA and Mexico. Please ensure accuracy of your address to prevent delays and in-correct drop offs. We are unable to guarantee the packages will be returned to us in the event of incorrect addresses.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bigfoot Crane Company Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bigfootcrane.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Back-ordered items

From time to time, we may run out of stock due to high demand. If your item is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible with the estimated lead time. Restock will typically be 2-3 weeks lead time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If the lead time does not work for you, you are welcome to cancel your order. We are happy to inform you when we have restocked the products you are looking for. 

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original un-opened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to prepare and ship the items back at your cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We want to ensure you get the correct products. If for some reason you have received incorrect items, please reach out to us and we will bring the incorrect item back and replace it with the correct item. Please ensure the packaging remains undamaged and the item is unused. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bigfootcrane.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale and discount items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), used items or opened packages. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
